Reply adds a lightweight banner above your message noting which post you're responding to, similar to a chat app. Quote inserts a collapsible excerpt of the original post directly into your message, so readers see the full context inline.
Click the reaction button on any post to open a set of military-themed reactions. Pick one to react; click again to change your reaction or remove it. You can only have one active reaction per post.
Your reputation reflects the total number of reactions your posts have received from other members — it's a simple measure of how much your contributions resonate with the community.
Type @ followed by a username while composing a post to bring up a list of matching members. Selecting one inserts a link to their profile, and they'll get a notification and an email letting them know you mentioned them.
Yes. The editor's "Save Draft" button keeps one draft per thread or reply context — saving again overwrites the previous draft. You'll see a notice with the option to continue or discard it next time you return to that page.
Post editing isn't currently available. If you need to correct something, the best approach is to reply with the correction, or contact a moderator for significant issues.
Click "Report" on any post, choose a reason, and add optional details. Our moderation team reviews reports and can remove content or take action on the account involved.
A mute prevents you from posting or replying for a set period (or indefinitely) while still allowing you to browse. A ban prevents you from logging in entirely. Both can be temporary or permanent depending on the situation.
Visit their profile and click Message, or use the small message icon on their avatar next to any of their posts. Messages are plain text and appear as a private conversation between the two of you.
Go to your profile and click Delete Account. You'll confirm your intent, then verify with a one-time code sent to your email before the deletion is finalized. Your account is deactivated and your personal details removed, but your past posts remain visible, attributed to "Deleted User," to preserve discussion history.
