These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HQBunker.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not independently verify age beyond what you provide, but misrepresenting your age is a violation of these Terms.

2. Your Account

Registration requires a valid email address, which we verify with a one-time code before your account is activated. Each email address may be associated with only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

When using HQBunker, you agree not to:

• Post classified, sensitive, or personally identifying operational/military information
• Post content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization
• Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or malicious links/code
• Attempt to circumvent moderation actions, including bans or mutes, via a second account
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or abuse the Service

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant HQBunker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store that content as necessary to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for content you post and for ensuring you have the right to share it.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content, and to mute or ban accounts, at our discretion for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Moderation actions may be temporary or permanent depending on severity. You can report content you believe violates these Terms using the Report feature on any post.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings, confirmed via a one-time code sent to your email. Deleting your account deactivates it and removes your personal profile information; to preserve the continuity of discussions, your existing posts remain visible but are attributed to "Deleted User" rather than your username.

7. Intellectual Property

The HQBunker name, logo, and site design are the property of HQBunker and may not be used without permission. This does not affect your ownership of the content you post.

8. Third-Party Content & Links

The Service allows embedding of content from third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Vimeo, or Facebook) and links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Views expressed by members are their own and do not represent official positions of HQBunker. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HQBunker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
